Are you looking for a more intimate experience with Pilates?
PHP offers privates on the Pilates apparatus in a private studio space out of Barbara Hatch School of Dance located at 24405 Halsted Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48335. Private sessions provide the opportunity to create a plan that addresses your concerns, limitations, or offers an introduction to Pilates that will make you feel confident to enter a group class or up the ante in your personal practice.
With over 18 years’ teaching experience, Martha has worked with dancers, athletes, pre/post natal people, those rehabilitating injuries including but not limited to back, knees, hips, and shoulders, people with neurological disorders, children, and seniors. Her attention to detail and expertise guarantees you will have a strong and safe practice.
